WE ARE LOCATED AT 260 - 262 BROADWAY IN RICHMOND, CA. 94801 OTHER BUSINESSES AT THIS LOCATION INCLUDE: THE MULTICULTURAL BOOKSTORE AND THE BAY AREA GIRLS CLUB . At The Black Parent Resource Center, we want to create spaces for our community that promote peace, wellness and love.
