WE ARE LOCATED AT 260 - 262 BROADWAY IN RICHMOND, CA. 94801 OTHER BUSINESSES AT THIS LOCATION INCLUDE: THE MULTICULTURAL BOOKSTORE AND THE BAY AREA GIRLS CLUB . At The Black Parent Resource Center, we want to create spaces for our community that promote peace, wellness and love. We are a safe space for our community to learn, grow and thrive with and for each other. We invite you to come on in and bring the whole family! Each month before the first, we will post our programs right here that you can come and be a part of, as well as new resources we have for parents/caregivers.
